I like the proposal. The achievement is certainly worthy of a milestone. I would suggest a minor rewording of the plaque. As now stated, it appears that Sanders Associates is now BAE Systems which isn't quite correct. Could you say "Now a part of BAE Systems" or "Now a division of BAE Systems"? Whatever is correct.
