I applaud the development of the proposal for the technology to be recognized by this sought designation as an IEEE milestone. However, I would like to see the proposal subjected to copy editing to make the narrative easier to read. At this time, I believe that many well-informed electrical engineers would have difficulty following the developments that are at the heart of the technology/engineering represented by this proposed IEEE milestone.
