Good proposal and certainly an achievement worthy of milestone designation. That said, I have to say that the citation doesn't "grab" me. I think a good citation gets the viewer to say, "Wow. I'm standing right here where xxxx happened." If the citation could be rewritten to communicate that sense of what and where, I think it would be a great improvement. I would take a crack at proposing a rewrite except that I am not sure just what the what and where are.
