In according to the current IEEE Milestone Procedures, it is required that the advocate for a Milestone Proposal gets the opinion from two experts in order to support the nomination and to certify the veracity and the significance of the achievement being claimed. This is the report from Prof Jin-Fa Lee, from Ohio State University, and representative of the history area in the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society.
